Not everyone looks forward to sorting out their new mortgage, in fact, hardly anyone does,  which is a bit of a shame really.

Some people don't like exposing their financial particulars to a complete stranger.  Others worry about how much time it takes, and a few just can't be bothered; particularly if something good is on the telly!
